Program Schedule/Requirements
The paralegal program offered through the college will prepare students to be able to research legal issues, draft legal documents, prepare pleadings, summarize documents, interview clients, and organize trial notebooks.
In addition, students will learn about formatting contracts, breach of contracts, and how to remedy a breach of contract and become familiar with all of the policies, procedures, and terminology necessary in wills, estate planning, trusts, joint tenancy, estate sales, and estate taxes.
The schedule of courses for the program changes, but typically a student will be able to enroll in the paralegal studies courses in the fall, spring, and summer sessions depending on availability.
The tuition and fees for the paralegal program at Everest College are approximately $39,936.
The cost of books and supplies is approximately $4050.
There is no room and board available for students at this campus.
