Lone Star College – North Harris is located on Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands, Texas.
The campus can be reached off Gosling Road. Near the campus, a Starbucks, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, and Rico’s Grill are located in a strip mall area.
Collins Intermediate School is located just a few blocks away from the college.
Paralegal Programs Offered
Lonestar College offers an associate of applied science degree in paralegal studies as well as a certificate program.
The American Bar Association has approved these programs.
Program Schedule/Requirements
The associate of science degree in paralegal studies consists of 62 required credit hours.
The degree will take approximately 2 years to complete.
Some of the courses that are included in the program are public speaking, business law, intro to law, introduction to computers, legal research, American Government, torts and personal injury, as well as other specific law courses and general education courses.
Students are required to take a physical activity course as part of the program.
The paralegal certificate program is only available to those students who already have an AA, AAS, or a Bachelor’s degree.
The program consists of 35-36 required credit hours for completion.
